August 9, 2021: Madhyanchal Forum (MF) organized a programme on collective efforts to promote sustainable or organic agriculture in Village Simraul of Indore district of Madhya Pradesh. This was done through engagement with the Gram Panchayats. Thirty six farmers participated in the programme. The farmers were informed about Agro Partk being set up in the region under Rural Mission and how they can become its members.

Speaking on the occasion, Jitendra Patidar, Executive Director, Jaivik Krishi Forum, said that famers must ensure their participation in the promotion of Agro Park to realize the dream of self reliant India. He said the farmers from sic gram panchayats surrounding Simraul can play a major role in the initiative.

Manhohar lal Yadav, Sectretary, Madhyanchal Form, spoke about the various activities being carried out by the MFfor the promotion of sustainable agriculture. He also talked about the significance of collective efforts in attaining the forum’s aims.
