Madhyanchal Forum has long been associated with sustainable agricultural practices to improve the livelihood of small and marginalized farmers with focus on improved farm practices and methods that are economically viable, socially acceptable and environmentally sound. It reflects our concerns of long term viability of agriculture. We understand slow down of agriculture growth has become a major cause for concern and need to be addressed. Madhyanchal Forum has initiated researched based strong policy actions at state and national level for cost effective, productive and diversified agriculture sector. It has always been on the forefront of raising awareness on the issues such as minimum support price (MSP), crop insurance, agricultural research, agriculture reforms, and allocation of public fund to agriculture.

Madhyanchal Forum is also promoting millets in the intervention villages to deal with the food security.
